DW Employment Services FZ provides online employment and recruitment services, including:

• Candidate profile creation and listing
• Employer and recruiter access to candidate data
• Job posting and recruitment tools
• Direct communication between users
• Placement assistance and coordination services
• All services are provided as digital platform-based services.

These Terms apply to all users, including:

• Job Seekers / Candidates
• Employers / Companies
• Recruiters / Agencies
• Individual Clients (including families, households, and residents seeking employment services)

DW Employment Services FZ acts solely as a technology platform and facilitator

We do NOT act as an employer, sponsor, or agent

We do NOT guarantee employment, hiring, or placement outcomes

All decisions relating to hiring, employment, and engagement are made independently by Users.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information
• Use the platform only for legitimate employment and recruitment purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the rights and privacy of other users

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

By using our Services:

• You consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Candidates consent to their profiles being visible to employers, recruiters, and clients
• Employers and clients agree to use candidate data strictly for recruitment purposes
• We may share and display data across all platforms operated by DW Employment Services FZ.

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Misuse or abuse candidate or employer data
• Engage in spam, harassment, or unlawful communication
• Scrape, copy, or extract data using automated tools
• Attempt to bypass platform controls or payment systems

Violation may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination
• Legal action

• Certain features and services may be offered on a paid basis
• All payments are subject to applicable service terms
• Payments made are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise

• All content, systems, and technology on the platform are owned by DW Employment Services FZ
• Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without permission

Users interact with each other directly

The Company is not responsible for:

• Accuracy of user-provided information
• Conduct of users
• Outcomes of any interaction or agreement

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DW Employment Services FZ shall not be liable for:

• Employment or hiring outcomes
• Disputes between users
• Loss of data, opportunities, or income
• Actions or omissions of any user or third party

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate any account at our discretion
• Remove content or restrict access without prior notice
• Take action against misuse or violations

We may:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time
• Update features, pricing models, or service offerings

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
