DW Employment Services FZ provides online employment and recruitment services, including:

• Candidate profile creation and visibility
• Job matching and recruitment facilitation
• Direct connection between candidates and employers, recruiters, companies, and individual clients
• We act strictly as a platform and facilitator only and do not guarantee employment, job placement, or hiring outcomes.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration

You are solely responsible for the content of your profile, CV, and uploaded documents

You must ensure all information provided is truthful and not misleading

We reserve the right to:

• Verify your information
• Suspend or remove profiles with false, incomplete, or suspicious data

By registering and using our Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Your personal information, profile details, CV, and any submitted content may be viewed and accessed by employers, recruiters, companies, and individual clients (including families, households, and residents seeking employment services)
• Your complete profile and profile listing may be published, displayed, and shared across all websites, platforms, systems, and databases owned, operated, or managed by DW Employment Services FZ
• Your profile may be included in candidate listings, search results, employer and recruiter dashboards, and internal and external recruitment systems operated by the Company
• Your contact details may be shared for direct employment and recruitment purposes
• Your information may be accessed across multiple platforms managed by DW Employment Services FZ
• Once your information is shared with employers, recruiters, or clients, the Company does not control and is not responsible for how such third parties use your information
• By creating an account and submitting your information, you provide your explicit and informed consent for cross-platform sharing and visibility of your profile within all systems operated by DW Employment Services FZ.

• We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, or employment
• Employers and clients independently evaluate candidates
• All hiring decisions are made solely by employers, recruiters, companies, or individual clients

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to bypass or misuse platform systems
• Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and legal action where applicable

By using our Services, you agree to be contacted by employers, recruiters, and clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms including WhatsApp where applicable.

You also consent to receive job alerts, notifications, and service-related communications.

Certain services may be offered on a paid basis

All applicable fees will be clearly communicated

All payments made (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• We act solely as a technology platform connecting users
• We do not employ candidates, act as an employer or sponsor, or guarantee job placement or hiring outcomes
• We are not liable for employment outcomes, salary disputes, contractual disagreements between candidates and employers/clients, or actions, omissions, or conduct of third parties

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our platform, you consent to collection and use of your data, sharing of your information for employment and recruitment purposes, and cross-platform use of your profile within DW Employment Services FZ systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, remove content or profiles without prior notice, and restrict access in case of violations.

• All platform content, systems, and designs are owned by DW Employment Services FZ
• You may not copy, reproduce, or misuse platform content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DW Employment Services FZ shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of our Services, interactions with employers, recruiters, or clients, loss of employment opportunities or data, or any actions or decisions made by third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
